Mark: J : C O B U R N, capitals with a colon, in rectangle, on underside of handle <br/> Engraved: T M A <br/> Exhibited: Newton College of the Sacred Heart; Newton, Massachusetts; March 10, 1963; no. 14. Salve Regina College; Newport, Rhode Island; May 17, 1964; no. 14. <br/> Dimensions: H. 2 1/16" D. 5 1/4" L. 8" 9.505 ozt. <br/> Displayed in this porringer are convex sides and a slightly everted rim. The bottom of the porringer is low domed. It has a heavy cast, scroll-pierced key-hole handle. It is engraved with the initials T M A in a triangle block of letters located on the top of the handle facing the rim. |
