5 1/4" D. top 3 1/2" D. of bottom 3 1/2" 12.305 ozt. <br/> Brigden's cann has a bulbous body and rests on a splayed foot. An inscribed line encircles the slightly flared rim. An acanthus-leaf cresting ornaments the top of the double-scroll handle. On the front of the cann, engraved in script, is "S P J D to Wm Jones." On the handle the initials B P L are engraved. Engraved later on the right side of the body is A F J / 1894 in script.
