The piercings in the bowl form four conjoining circles with a single row of pierced dots as a border. The joined interior edges of the circles form a square in the center. The handles are formed of thin scroll-curved elements and have a teardrop-shaped loop on each end. The engraving, located on the underside of one handle near the loop, is G A P in block letters. The weight, 4 15, is scratched on the back of the other handle in a corresponding position. |
